Sorry, I would have responded sooner .. if you see reviews on different sites they have a bad reputation, but i also took a chance. I stayed quiet as I disputed the charges and it takes a while . I encourage everyone to go through that process .. if this company cares at all it may help their customer service. Make sure you follow the steps and document every correspondence with this merchant (your bank will ask for it and also that you have repeatedly requested a pre-paid return shipping label) .. I was fooled by all the advertising that quantity is for two (2), as indicated by their advertised price but when you receive only 1 stool, they claim that's all you paid for. Copy and paste all those advertisements for your records because your bank will ask for them. After 60 days I finally won my dispute and was credited all of the purchase price. I then sent them multiple emails requesting them to pick up their item and its a total laugh at their responses. Good Luck you have a case. These barstools were purchased for our kitchen bar table. They were very easy to put together and feel stable and sturdy. They offer really great back support and are comfortable to sit on. We bought a darker color for stain purposes but they are very easy to clean as well!

These chairs are great value. We are using them in our garage workbench. The adjustable height is great for our soldering work station.
