Q1: Base plate looks wide. Do you sometimes step on it by accident when walking around the pole?
A1: It extends about 3.5" from the pole itself (yes I did measure it). It isnt hard to avoid at all and feels natural to step far from it. That being said, if you do hit it either with bare feet or knees it will smite you. In short: I don't have this problem, but some people may need to adjust their stride.
Q2: Where can I order the two screws that keep the pole from spinning ?
A2: This Dance Pole comes with the two screws, it should attach with the part #C. Could you please kindly check it? If you cannot find them, please contact our customer service for help.
Q3: For some reason my pole won’t stand up straight why is that ?
A3: First and foremost, if you're attempting to put this up on your own that is the problem. I tried and failed to get it straight alone. You need someone to stand from afar and look to see if it's straight (it should be completely flush against the ceiling and floor if it is as well). Beyond that, you've either not screwed it together properly (make sure all seams between pieces are flush). If it's on carpet, make sure the surface under your carpet is flat. If it's on solid non-carpeted floor, make sure that floor is completely flat with a level. If all of those prove to not be the problem, your pole may be faulty.
Q4: My ceiling 9.9 could I buy a 500 extension from you also?
A4: I'm sorry that we don't sell the 500 extension.
Q5: Will this be okay for a 7 ft ceiling?
A5: The Adjustable Height: is 92.5-108.3" Feel sorry to tell you that it may be not okay.
