Thoughtful

I like it. After some sciatica issues that came up with a lower back problem I find I can't sit in a traditional style chair without considerable pain. These kneeling chairs (which I remember from the 90's) are a good alternative thought they take some training. You're not going to stay planted, you'll have to get up a bit now and then. They also require some core strength. However it has taken the loading off my lower back the way I needed and made doing some desk work much more bearable.

Not for me

The product seems fine. My back disagreed! I had to use a pillow on my legs.Im 180lbs and the weight on my legs was uncomfortable after a short time. I work 12hr phone shifts. Alternating between this chair, a yoga ball, and my couch. I ended up putting the chair in the closet as it was the least comfortable for me.

Great for home use

No issues at all so far. Great as a chair alternate as I sit at a desk using a computer every minute of my work day. I just keep swapping between my regular chair & this when I feel that chair fatigue setting in. As far as ergonomics go, your most comfortable position will always be your next new position and this kneeling chair is definitely a great position change. I couldnt sit in this more than a little over an hour without a break though. Very easy to assemble.
