Q1: Is it Water resistance against rain?
A1: These interlocking patio pavers are waterproof. It works better if you coating these tiles with varnish for protection.
Q2: How many packages would I need for 10ft x10ft?
A2: The maximum coverage area is Approx. 2.27m²/27sq.ft. Thus, for 10ft x10ft, you need about 4 boxes of these wood tiles. Check the specifications for more.
Q3: Do these need sealing after installation and periodically afterward?
A3: I couldn't find any info on whether they are treated or not, so I applied 1/2 of Thompson's Water Seal to 8 boxes. It took about 1 week for the slight tackiness to go away, but your situation may be different based on ambient temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight. It depends on your choice. You can seal or not, as you like.
Q4: Can you place these on the grass?
A4: They have plastic spike like feet that would sink down into the soil, but yes.
Q5: Can small dogs walk on it easily?
A5: Yes plus it’s much better than cement to lay on.
