Nice looking chair but not comfortable

I bought this chair for my home office although I love the look of the chair it is not comfortable at all so the claim of being Ergonomic is a stretch the seat is hard and offers no lower back support which is horrible if you plan to work and sit for extended periods Im currently shopping for back and cushion support
